Loving this bed!!!

Absolutely loving this bed. The neutral and warm color elevates the room instantly. The upholstery looks high quality and we did not experience the smell issue that some other reviews mentioned. The delivery team was very professional too. They were on time and put together the bed very quickly. They also were very mindful about not denting or scratching my hardwood floor which I really appreciated.

Lovely but tedious assembly

It's an absolutely lovely bed, and a great value - better quality AND a lower price point than west elm/CB2. Warning that the assembly is tedious. There were 30-something steps. Do not attempt the assembly without an "allen bit" and a drill. The drawers are a nice depth and roll out smoothly. Now that it's assembled it's gorgeous. The fabric is a light, almost white linen.

Dalton Queen Size Bed, (Textured Linen Weave) Cream

The Dalton Queen Size Bed Frame looks stylish and elegant by itself. It pairs really well with our bedroom interior decor. It is a plus point that the bed frame cover is removable, which allows proper cleaning/washing when it is stained. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice bed frame.

Absolutely Gorgeous!!

I put this king size storage bed together myself in about 4 hours. I would recommend another person, but its doable. I bought this bed for my brand new home and I am absolutely obsessed! The quality is so good! The storage drawers are very large and can hold a lot. I am so glad that I purchased this bed!

Stunning Bed! Extremely happy customer.

I'm an Interior Designer and purchased this bed for my own master bedroom. I wanted a solid bed base (straight timber slats) and a generous, elegant bedhead. This bed has far exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely beautiful. Dealing with Castlery was easy, and the delivery also fast and smooth. I will certainly purchase again, and continue specifying your products for my clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have more questions? Browse our Help Center for detailed answers, or get instant answers from our .

Should I measure the area I would like to furnish before I place an order?

Yes, we highly recommend measuring both your space and access pathways before placing an order—especially for larger furniture items. This includes the spot where you plan to place the item, as well as any doorways, corridors, stairwells, and elevators the item will need to pass through during delivery. Doing so helps ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

You can find the product dimensions listed clearly on each product page under “Dimensions”. Be sure to compare these with your measurements to confirm fit.

If you're unsure, we're happy to assist with dimension checks or delivery considerations!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, we're happy to help you do so at no additional cost before your shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges. You will receive a reminder in advance that your shipment is ready to be processed, and you will have 24 hours to request changes or cancellation without incurring charges.

Just reach out to us here for assistance.

Please note we are unable to accommodate changes and cancellations for the following items:

Products described as “Made to Order”,
Customised items,
Items marked as “Final Sale” or any form of Clearance Sale, Display Items
All mattresses

In case the items have left the warehouse, a restocking fee will be incurred for changes or cancellations. Details on our full terms can be found here.

How does scheduling work?

We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you opt to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.

Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot (typically a 4-hour window). However, if your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.

How will my order be delivered?

We work closely with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your items will be safely packed and in good hands!

We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.

Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.

For more details, refer here. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have further questions.

How can I reschedule my delivery?

Just let us know here at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date to avoid any rescheduling charges.

Note any last-minute changes or requests sent in less than 3 business days before your scheduled delivery date will be subjected to a re-delivery fee of $100. Business days are defined as M-F and do not include Statutory and public holidays.
