Missing a glass lump shade
We received the "Axis Sputink Chandelier" as a gift because we placed a large order more than $4500. However, the chandelier came with only 5 glass lamp shade instead of 6 as listed in the parts. Without the 6th glass lamp shade, we can't complete the installation. I reported the missing shade via Chat and also submitted a missing part report. Currently waiting for the response from Castery.Review on Axis Sputnik Chandelier 67.5"

Great light, BUT...
My electrician dropped a glass shade while installing. These aren't standard sizes. I couldn't find any replacements. CS said: "regarding Part G (glass lamp shade). The price is $120 per piece. As this item is not sold in the market, it will need to be specially procured directly from our manufacturer. Because of this, the estimated lead time is approximately 16–17 weeks. Kindly note that a shipping fee of $99 will also be applicable." Have to replace the entire light if you break a piece. FYIReview on Axis Sputnik Chandelier 67.5"
